Get started in three steps
- Install Clearsight and choose the AI channels you care about. The audit starts by itself.
- Open the blockers on the overview: each one lists the products and the reason.
- Fix them one by one or together. Every fix is logged and can be undone for 30 days.
Common questions
A product shows as Visible but I can't find it in ChatGPT.
Visible means it passes every rule Shopify publishes for its AI catalog, and the live check tells you whether Shopify really has it. What ChatGPT shows for a question is up to the AI. If the live check says Missing for more than a day, write to us with the product name.
Why can't Clearsight check my store's AI catalog?
Development stores and password-protected stores have no AI catalog. The audit still works and shows what to fix before you launch.
Which permissions does it need, and why?
Products (read and write, for the audit and the fixes), publications (to see and set the Online Store channel) and legal policies (to check they're filled in). No orders, customers or themes.
Can I undo a fix?
Yes, for 30 days, from the product page or the Fixes page. If you changed the same field yourself after our fix, we leave your change alone.
What about Gemini and Google AI Mode?
They take products from Google Merchant Center. Install the free Google & YouTube channel, turn on product sync and sell to the US, Canada or Australia. Clearsight's Store checks page shows what's missing.
How does billing work?
Free never shrinks. Pro is $9.99/month or $89/year, Scale $29/month or $259/year, both with a 7-day free trial, billed by Shopify. Cancel any time from the Plan page and unused days are refunded. If you don't open Clearsight for 30 days, we switch you back to Free automatically.
